EXAMPLE: Family Scandinavian Adventure (July 2026)

I created this itinerary for a family of 4 who had two older children. One was in their late teens and the other in their early 20's. The family wanted Premium Economy airfare which, at the time, was about $7,500 for the entire family which is not included in the total above. 

There are definitely ways to reduce the costs on this trip but this is just a starting point when I am sharing a proposal to my clients.

  • $7,500 for flights from SEA to CPH & ARN to SEA in Premium Economy (4 people)
  • $760 for flights from CPH to BGO in Economy (4 people)
  • $1,200 for flights from CPH to BGO in Premium Economy (4 people)
